Sandeepan drives SHRC’s IT vision in the areas of skilled workforce recruitment and management system. He founded iLogix, to help organizations develop low cost branding and marketing strategy using digital platforms. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electronics & Communication.
Rupesh’s diverse background in Education, Training and development, combined with his extensive experience in sales & marketing propelled him to join the SHRC. As Director HR, he build and manage the company team to grow its corporate training and other HR services, working to build the company’s connectivity market share in the growing HR consulting market. Rupesh holds a Masters in Personnel Management from Neville Wadia College of Management.
As a Director of SHRC’s Sales & Corporate Relations team he play a critical role guiding the direction of our business, from looking at the impact we have on society through our HR consulting agendas; to the reputation we want to earn through the media, and the way we engage with our employees and communicate our strategy and ambitions. In fact, Corporate Relations is responsible for building and enhancing SHRC’s relationships with everyone, through a wide range of channels and activities.
